What is the difference between the Original Upseat and the Upseat Core?
Both the Original Upseat and the Upseat Core are ergonomic seats approved by physical therapists to support proper posture and healthy hip positioning for babies. The main differences are in how they can be used and how they are constructed. The Original Upseat functions as both a floor seat and a booster seat because it includes detachable booster straps that allow it to be secured to a dining chair, while the Upseat Core is designed to be used only as a floor seat. In terms of materials, the Original Upseat is made entirely from foam, whereas the Upseat Core features a foam seat insert combined with a plastic frame. Both seats come with a tray, but the Upseat Core offers the added convenience of storing the tray underneath the seat when it is not in use.
