Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on the Upseat for Canadian and American customers. If you have any issues with the quality of the product, please contact us and we will be happy to replace any defective item. We offer a one year warranty on the Upseat tray for Canadian and American customers. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process replacement items for international customers at this time.

Returns: You can return your Upseat or Upseat Boost for free within 30 days of your order being delivered. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. We will get back to you within 1 business day. At this time, we are only able to accept returns from American and Canadian customers. Please note, returns are only accepted of products purchased from www.theupseat.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

Refunds (If Applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges (If Applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nuvate.com.
