Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on Upseats and Upseat Boosts for Canadian and American orders. If you have any issues with the quality of the product, please contact us and we will be happy to replace any defective item. We offer a one year warranty on the Upseat tray for Canadian and American orders. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process replacement items for other countries at this time.
Returns: You can return your new Upseat or Upseat Boost for free within 30 days of your order being delivered. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. We will get back to you within 1 business day. At this time, we are only able to accept returns from American and Canadian customers. Please note, returns are only accepted for the Upseat and Upseat Boost purchased from www.theupseat.com. We do not accept returns from third party distributors or for our Refurbished Upseat.
Refunds (If Applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Exchanges (If Applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
