What age can a baby use the Upseat?

The Upseat Baby Floor and Booster seat is ideal for babies and toddlers from ages 4 months to 2 years. However, every baby is different and the more important factor of when to begin using the Upseat is when your little one has head/neck control, and this usually occurs somewhere around 4 months old.

What materials is the Upseat made of?

The seat is made from polyurethane foam and the tray is made from food grade ABS plastic. The Upseat’s materials are safe for children to use and do not contain any lead, phthalates, cadmium or BPA.

All products are tested by CPSC-accredited third-party laboratories to ensure they are free from harmful substances. All products are also compliant with California Prop 65.

We adhere to strict U.S., Canadian, and international safety regulations and take pride in exceeding these standards.

How much time do you recommend using the Upseat per day?

Every baby is different, so we recommend that you consult with your physical therapist. However, we work closely with several physical therapists, and they have recommended that parents put their babies in the Upseat for short periods of time and then progressively increase the amount of time.

What is your shipping and return policy?

SHIPPING POLICY

We’re excited to offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom!

  • Free Shipping: All orders within the Continental USA, Canada, and the UK enjoy free shipping with delivery typically between 2–5 business days.

  • Additional Fees: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a flat fee of $19.99.

  • We strive to get your Upseat products to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated every step of the way.


RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident that Upseat is the perfect fit for your family. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial from the date your order arrives. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund, as long as these simple conditions are met:

  1. Original Packaging: Please keep the original box during your trial period. Returns must be made in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will incur a restocking fee.

  2. Complete Items: All parts must be included for a full refund.

Once we receive your return and verify it meets the above conditions, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that Upseat reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet these criteria.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Simply click the "View Your Order" button in your confirmation email and select "Cancel" if you’re still within the 2-hour window.

  • After this period, we’re unable to cancel orders as they’re already being processed for shipping.


LIFETIME WARRANTY

We stand by the quality of our products. Upseat offers a lifetime warranty on all products (excluding refurbished products) purchased in Canada, the USA, and the UK.

If you experience any issues with your product’s quality, contact us at info@nuvate.com for a free replacement.

If only a part of your Upseat product is broken or faulty (ex: tray, strap) click the button below to get a free replacement part.


REFURBISHED PRODUCTS POLICY

All of our refurbished products are final sale and come with a one-year limited warranty.


UPSEAT PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

If you purchased your Upseat product from another retailer, please contact them directly to handle returns according to their policies.
