"For grandchild and have not used yet. Like the slight slope away from the baby's head. The only concern is the strong chemical smell. It has been airing out for two weeks and the smell has lessened (but is still there). My daughter has the same one and did not notice a smell with hers. The safety belt was upside down (word "Upseat" on it faced the baby); this was easy to turn to correct."

My baby has a habit on peeing while being changed and this changing pad makes clean up so easy. No cover is needed (because I promise if you get a changing pad with a cover, you’ll be doing laundry for days!!!!). The changing pad itself is very soft so baby is comfortable. "Love this change pad! We have previously used a traditional cushion change pad, but the Upseat change pad is a game changer! It easily wipes clean vs. having to do laundry anytime our previous change pad needed cleaning, it’s soft and shaped really nicely so I don’t feel like my baby will fall off if they start squirming, AND it just looks so much nicer than our previous change pad! We have the coconut colour, which online in pictures looks white, but it’s a really nice neutral beige tone in person, which is exactly what we were looking for.
